Christopher Archer was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and currently lives in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. He has spent twenty-seven years in law enforcement, both with the Metropolitan Police Department, Washington D.C., and currently with the Metro Transit Police Department. He has also spent four years with the United Nations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia working as a human rights investigator, police advisor, and trainer.
